IХ National Moot Court on Arbitration of Corporate Disputes named after Professor V.P. Mozolin
The 2025 case study transported the participants of the Competition into the world of the aerospace industry. The teams encountered challenges related to the enforcement of cascading arbitration clauses, examined the possibility of a double indirect claim, and reconsidered settlement agreements from a fresh perspective.
As usual, the event attracted over 300 students and 180 arbitrators. More than 50 teams from across Russia took part in the Competition, representing cities such as Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Perm, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Irkutsk, Vladivostok, and Kazan.
On 20 and 27 September, the online preliminary rounds of the Mozolin Competition were held, featuring 21 teams. Participation in these preliminary rounds allowed the teams to prepare thoroughly for the main rounds and receive constructive feedback from the arbitrators. The winners of the preliminaries were awarded an additional five points.
