VI National Annual Moot Court on Arbitration of Corporate Disputes named after Professor Mozolin
In 2022, the participants and arbitrators faced a difficult and unusual case. They had to determine applicable arbitration rules, applicable substantive law, solve the issue of liability for the actions of a former employee, and of violations of confidentiality provisions.
Despite the difficult questions posed in the problem, more than 300 participants and 160 arbitrators from various regions of the country took part in the Moot Court, which reflects the steady growth of the moot community and the expansion of the Mozolin family.
Within the framework of this Moot Court, two online pre-moots and two in-person pre-moots were also held jointly with the Ural State Law University (Yekaterinburg) and the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow), which allowed to attract more attention to the Moot Court, as well as provided an opportunity for practicing before the qualifying rounds.
