Business Breakfast “New Regulation of Arbitration. Main Practical and Theoretical Issues” Took Place in Saint Petersburg on 18 November 2016
LF Academy and the Arbitration Center on behalf of the Institute of Modern Arbitration with support of Saint Petersburg International Legal Forum has organized a business breakfast.
The new Federal Law “On Arbitration in the Russian Federation”, product of the fundamental three-year reform of arbitration in Russia, entered into force on 1 September 2016. Within the course of the reform the following legislative acts have also been amended: Arbitrazh (Commercial) Procedure Code, Civil Procedure Code, Law “On International Commercial Arbitration” and several other legal acts.
The speakers and participants of the business breakfast discussed how these changes are going to work in practice and analyzed the practical experience of the leading foreign arbitration institutions.
Among the speakers of the business breakfast was Andrey Gorlenko, Executive Administrator of the Arbitration Center at the Institute of Modern Arbitration, as well as some arbitrators of the Arbitration Center - Anna Grishchenkova, Roman Zaitsev, Tatyana Menshenina, Ilya Rachkov.
The business breakfast followed the conference that took place in Moscow on 20 October 2016.
