Memorandum of Understanding with Resolve Academy the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia (AMCA)
The Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration (RIMA) is pleased to announce the signing of Memorandums of Cooperation and Understanding with the project Resolve Academy and the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia (AMCA).
Resolve Academy is engaged in educational activities for the development of arbitration in Armenia, which contributes to the advanced training of specialists and the development of legal culture in the field of alternative dispute resolution.
AMCA was established in May 2023 on the basis of an Advisory Committee of local and international experts, which had been active since 2021.
Legislative reforms aimed at developing alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation, have been underway in Armenia since 2019. The signing of memorandums with the educational center and the arbitration institute marks the beginning of fruitful cooperation between our projects and will be aimed at further developing alternative dispute resolution methods in the CIS.
