New RAC Board
We are pleased to announce the new composition of the RAC Board following the planned rotation.
The Board is an independent body of the RAC authorised to make decisions on the appointment of arbitrators, consideration of challenges, setting and extending procedural time limits, as well as on other key issues provided by the Arbitration Rules.
Two specialised subcommittees operate within the Board.

Yulia Mullina has been elected as the President of the Board.
The reconstituted Board has assumed its duties today, February 16th.
We are absolutely confident that the newly elected members of the Board will strengthen the RAC's expertise in key areas, integrating the best global arbitration practices while maintaining the continuity of established approaches.
We express our sincere gratitude to the colleagues leaving the Board for their active work and invaluable contribution to the improvement of the RAC's practices.
