RAC Annual Report 2025
We are pleased to share the caseload of the Russian Arbitration Center for the past year. This time we have decided not to publish information about our events, as we are preparing a comprehensive report dedicated to our 10th anniversary, where we will highlight all key milestones and achievements.
In 2025, the number of cases increased by one and a half times – from 367 to 566. At the same time, the RAC received 456 claims, compared to 265 last year. We are also seeing a rise in the number of international disputes, including those involving parties from Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, and CIS countries.
We continue to adhere to the principles of efficient arbitration. The average duration of proceedings is 190 days from the commencement of arbitration under the standard procedure and 96 days under the expedited procedure. At the same time, the enforceability of our awards remains close to 100%.
