RIMA and RAC Annual Report 2023
We are delighted to share with you our Annual Report for 2023, highlighting the caseload of the Russian Arbitration Center and various projects and activities of the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration.
It is with great pleasure that we report that a quarter of the cases administered by the RAC in 2023 were international, involving parties from 15 different jurisdictions. At the same time, the enforceability of RAC arbitral awards in Russian state courts remained 100%.
In addition, throughout the year, we hosted three educational academies, expanded our presence by establishing an office at the Dubai International Financial Centre, organized a large-scale international conference in Moscow, and more.
