RAC Adjudication (Dispute Board) Rules
The RAC has introduced the first Adjudication Rules in the CIS region, addressing the growing demand for a streamlined mechanism to resolve technical disputes and disagreements in complex, long-term projects, such as construction.
Adjudication is a fast-track dispute resolution method where dispute board consisting of independent experts monitor the development of the projects, prevent conflicts, and resolve disagreements as they arise. Decisions made by dispute boards are binding same as contractual undertakings. The Rules outline three types of Dispute Boards.

RAC administers adjudication and has established an Adjudication Committee that acts as an appointing authority. The Committee members are:
