The Russian Arbitration Center’s Chapter on Arbitration in Russia for an International Guide
The Russian Arbitration Center has prepared a chapter on arbitration in Russia for the annual ICLG Guide to International Arbitration for 2019.
The chapter comprises 15 modules covering the most essential aspects of arbitration in Russia, including the arbitration agreement, legislation on arbitration, choice of applicable law, provisional measures, submission of evidence, confidentiality, annulment and enforcement of awards.
