Corporate Arbitration Moot Court named after Professor V.P. Mozolin

Russian Arbitration Center has become one of the first arbitral institutions that introduced Rules on Arbitration of Corporate Disputes (Chapter 8 of the Arbitration Rules). These arbitration rules are applicable for arbitration of a dispute described in the problem of the moot court competition named after Professor V.P. Mozolin

Moot court provides students with a great opportunity to understand how corporate and procedural legislation applies in practice, as well as to develop practical skills that are crucial and necessary for a modern lawyer:

  • Analysis of legal problem and factual circumstances of the dispute;
  • Research of legislation, court practice and legal writings;
  • Preparing written submissions of case;
  • Preparing an oral presentation of case in front of arbitral tribunal;

The moot court comprises written and oral parts.
