The first Moscow FIAMC Pre-Moot took place in 2017.
Results
Upon the results of preliminary rounds MGIMO and MSU team proceeded to the finals. Arbitrators had a hard time deciding which team deserved a winning prize. In a remarkably close and tense round MGIMO finally enjoyed a slight advantage over Lomonosov MSU and was recognized as a winner by a panel of arbitrators, comprising Anna Grishchenkova (KIAP, Attorneys at Law), Yury Babichev (Goltsblat BLP) and special guest from Spain Kryslte Baptista Serna (Armesto & Asociados), specializing in participation in investment disputes.
