Winter Academy on International Arbitration "Exploring Centerpieces: Core Concepts of International Arbitration"

This year the Academy is dedicated to the pillars upon arbitration is based, equipping the atendees with the knowledge and practical tools for building comprehensive legal arguments.

The most acute topics in the field of arbitration will be explored such as fundamentals of arbitration, cross-jurisdictional approach to bankruptcy, multi-party arbitration, interim measures, interrelation between mediation and arbitration, declaratory relief, arbitrator’s duty of disclosure. Apart from theory, the participants will have an opportunity to get hands-on experience during workshops on advocacy and evidence with the following application of the acquired skills before the distinguished panel of arbitrators during the moot court.

Requirements: fluency in English and interest in dispute resolution. Experience, relevant internships and participation in moot courts may be also considered.

Participation fee: 200 EUR paid upon successful enrollment.
