RAC Event within DAW: "Dialogue with Judges: Cross-Cultural Exchange on Judicial Support in Arbitration"

On 13 November 2025, the panel discussion “Dialogue with Judges: Cross-Cultural Exchange on Judicial Support in Arbitration” was held as part of the ongoing series of RAC events bringing together judiciary members from diverse jurisdictions. The session fostered an open dialogue in which speakers shared comparative insights from their professional experience and explored the interaction between different courts and arbitration, highlighting both regional developments and global trends.

The session was moderated by Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Founding Partner at Zulficar & Partners Law Firm (Egypt), RAC Board Member. The distinguished speakers included:

  • Dr. Ahmad Alkhamees, Former judge in Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Managing Partner of Harasani & Alkhamees Law Firm (Saudi Arabia);
  • Dr. Ismail Borhan Amrallah, Judge at the Court of Cassation (Egypt);
  • Dr. Pinky Anand, Judge of the Bahrain International Commercial Court, Senior Advocate in the Supreme Court of India and Former Additional Solicitor General of India (India);
  • Justice S. Ravindra Bhat, Former judge of the Supreme Court of India, Former chief justice of Rajasthan High Court and Former judge of the Delhi High Court (India);
  • Judge Mohammed Ali Salama, Member of the Board of Commissioners of the Dubai Court of Cassation (UAE).
