Conference of 11th Moscow Pre-Moot for XXVII Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot
On the eve of the Pre-Moot for XXVII Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, on 13 March 2020 at 17:00 international student conference on hot issues of international arbitration will take place.
Leading Russian and foreign experts will provide their views on asymmetrical arbitration agreements, the evolution of the concepts of the goods’ conformity and remedies for contractual breach as well as tactics and legal basis for challenge of an arbitrator and other actors of arbitral proceedings.
The conference will take place in the Library of the International and Comparative Law Research Center.
