Building on RAC’s series of conferences with judiciary members from the MENA region, this session will expand the dialogue to include comparative insights from other key jurisdictions. By bringing together judges, arbitrators, and legal practitioners from diverse legal systems, we will determine how different courts interact with arbitration - highlighting both regional developments and global trends. Such exchanges not only deepen mutual understanding but actively foster practical improvements in global judicial cooperation.

The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Founding Partner at Zulficar & Partners Law Firm, RAC Board Member (Egypt).
