On 16 February, 2024, a business breakfast was held on the prevention and resolution of disputes in the insurance industry. The discussion was organized by the RAC together with the Moscow Bar Association Law Bureau, AIM partners, the Solis Mediation Center and with the support of the International and Comparative Law Research Center Library.
During the event, the panel touched upon the issues of long-term partnership between the insurer and the policyholder, the role of the insurance consultant, the intricacies of concluding arbitration and mediation clauses, practical experience in resolving disputes in mediation, as well as the tools available at RAC for combining various dispute resolution procedures and optimizing the process.
