In August 2023, the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration is organizing the 4th Summer Academy “Arbitration Vacation: An Introduction to Alternative Dispute Resolution" for those who want to master the basics of arbitration.
The Summer Academy provides its students with a unique opportunity to study arbitration proceedings in stages: from writing an arbitration clause to the enforcement of an arbitration award. Within the framework of lectures and workshops, students can ask their questions to well-known experts in the field of arbitration, who, in turn, are ready to share not only theoretical knowledge, but also valuable practical experience.
The Summer Academy is a great opportunity for those who want to gain basic knowledge in the field of arbitration and expand their professional connections.
To obtain a certificate of completion of the Summer Academy courses, students will be asked to complete a written assignment on the given problems.
The Academy is held from 31 July to 4 August 2023.
Format – offline (face-to-face) participation
The language of the Academy – Russian
Maximum number of students – 20 people
The call for application is open until 25 July 2023.
The application must include general information about yourself, a resume and a motivation letter. In motivation letter, please indicate how the acquired knowledge about arbitration will help you in the future and in your career.
Based on the results of selection process, the Organizing Committee will choose up to 20 listeners and will announce the selection results no later than 10 July 2023.
