Russian Arbitration Day 2025
Russian Arbitration Day 2025 (RAD 2025), a major conference organized by the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration in collaboration with the Legal Academy educational platform, was successfully held in Moscow on May 13, 2025. The Conference attracted more than 240 in-person attendees and 380 participants of the online broadcast.
The Conference moderators and scientific editors of the RAD 2025 were Anna Arkhipova, Dmitry Kaisin and Andrey Panov. Based on the results of the competitive selection, the Collection gathered 17 reports of Russian and foreign experts on various issues of international arbitration, including sanctions, arbitrator bias, AI impact, abuse of due process, and others.
All articles and reports of Conference 2025 are published in the Collection “New Horizons of International Arbitration. Issue 8”.
Among the Guest Stars of the RAD 2025 were the internationally recognized experts including: Khawar Qureshi KC, Kevin Kim, Marike Paulsson and Bernardo M. Cremades.
