Winter Academy on International Arbitration 2026

The Winter Academy on International Arbitration is a platform for young professionals to gain a deeper understanding of international arbitration. When building the program for the Winter Academy, we strive to balance practical classes with general fundamental courses on arbitration. The Winter Academy is an opportunity for individuals from diverse backgrounds to come together and learn from one another. We believe that the exchange of ideas and perspectives is crucial to personal and professional growth, and we strive to create an environment that fosters this exchange.

The Winter Academy 2026 will be dedicated to challenges posed by the fragmentation in international arbitration, such as competing national regimes, deviations from international conventions, enforcement challenges, and more. Among the Academy tutors 2026 are renowned arbitration experts from various jurisdictions, including Bahrain, China, Costa Rica, the Netherlands, Russia, Singapore, the USA, Turkey, and others.

The Winter Academy 2026 will be held online from January 26 to February 6. To participate in the selection process, please fill out an Application Form by 21 November 2025.

• Language: English.
• Requirements: Fluency in English and interest in dispute resolution. Experience, relevant internships and taking part in moot courts may be also considered.
• Participation Fee: Free of charge
