General Meeting of Founders
The main function of the General Meeting of Founders is to define the prior activities of the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration and the principles of the formation of its property, the election and appointment of the bodies of the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration, as well as solving other priority issues related to the functioning of the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration.
Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board considers questions of joint projects of Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration with other organizations, matters relating to the development of its activities and also supports Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration activities in the framework of developing and promoting arbitration.
The members of the Supervisory Board are appointed by the General Meeting of Founders.

Executive Board
The Executive Board makes decisions on the approval of the rules of the divisions of the Russian Arbitration Center at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration, the appointment of the heads of the divisions, the approval and monitoring of their financing, as the competence of the Board.
